2. Acknowledgement
By using our Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using our Service.
3. SMS Messaging
We may send SMS messages for appointment reminders, confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers.
To unsubscribe, reply “STOP.”
For help, reply “HELP.”
Standard carrier fees may apply. Maid Fantastic is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Cleaning Services
4.1 Service Description
Maid Fantastic provides eco-friendly residential cleaning services, tailored to your needs and performed by trained, insured, and background-checked professionals.
4.2 Services Offered
- Top-To-Bottom Deluxe Deep Clean
- General Maintenance Cleaning (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Custom)
- Priority Cleaning
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning
- Market-Ready Cleaning
All services are performed with professional-grade tools and environmentally conscious products unless otherwise requested.
5. Booking and Payments
5.1 Booking Process
Appointments can be scheduled via our Website, phone (778-769-4350), or email (info@maidfantasticcleaning.com). Bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline service requests at our discretion.
5.2 Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is based on service type, property size, condition, and frequency.
- A 50% deposit is required for all new clients.
- Full payment is due on the service date, unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept Credit Cards & E-Transfer payments via Maid Central/Stripe.
- Recurring services require automated billing authorization.
5.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Minimum 48 business hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the service fee.
- If the team arrives and is unable to access the property, a lockout fee of 50% will apply.
6. User Accounts
If you create an Account with us:
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must report any unauthorized access immediately.
7. Intellectual Property
The Website, its content, branding, and all related intellectual property belong to Maid Fantastic Cleaning. No part of the Service may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written permission.
8. Your Feedback to Us
Any Feedback you provide becomes the property of Maid Fantastic. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it for service improvements and promotional purposes.

Our Website may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any linked sites. Please review their terms before use.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account or access to our Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also cancel your Account by ceasing use of our Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the most recent service, or CAD $100, whichever is less. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our Service or inability to access the Service.
12. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
All services and content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada.
13.2 Dispute Resolution
Please contact us first to resolve any dispute informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be settled in the courts of British Columbia.

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force. No waiver of rights will be effective unless in writing.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best experience, you agree to:
- Provide safe working conditions, including access to electricity and water
- Secure pets during cleaning
- Remove fragile or valuable items
- Notify us of allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products
- Inform us of any bio-hazards during your booking
17. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not happy with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix the issue at no extra cost. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or discoloration. (Priority Cleans are exempt from this guarantee)
18. Limitations for Cleaning Services
While we are fully insured and bonded, we are not responsible for:
- Items that were already broken, loose, or improperly secured
- Lost or misplaced valuables (clients should secure items prior to service)
- Reactions to eco-friendly products if no prior notice of allergies was given
19. Health & Safety
Our team follows strict safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment poses health or safety concerns (e.g., infestations, hazardous conditions, hoarding).
20. Force Majeure
Maid Fantastic shall not be held liable for service delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, or government restrictions.
21. Additional Provisions
21.1 No Data Mining
You may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to extract content or customer data from our Website.
21.2 Intended Audience
Our Website and Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older.
21.3 Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with all Canadian laws and local regulations in connection with your use of the Service.
21.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maid Fantastic Ltd., its employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our Service.
